With its hydraulic setting adjustment, the XA 400 allows the size of product to be changed at the press of a button, minimising the need for downtime. The XR400 is from the same series and is the perfect choice for recycling on primary applications. The hydraulic release jaw fitted to this crusher will sense an overload and open when required to protect against serious damage. The new XA 750 is available from early Summer 08
The Tracked cone range has been designed to meet the stringent demands of the customer. Pegson Maxtrak cone crushers are renowned for their high throughput, big reduction and excellent product shape. The benchmark is set with the 1000 Maxtrak which has been specifically designed for direct feed applications without pre-screening on clean rock. Furthermore the 1300 Maxtrak is Pegson’s largest tracked cone crusher and is suitable for secondary and tertiary applications. Based around the unbeatable 1300 Automax cone crusher, the 1300 Maxtrak features a large feed hopper which is able to take an all in feed from the jaw crusher, thereby improving cubicity, throughput and reduction ratios whilst keeping capital costs to a minimum. The cone range also includes the Maxtrak 1000SR, which combines the 1000 Maxtrak with a double deck screen for a single chasis crushing and screening solution.
Completing Pegsons range are the tracked Impactor range. The vertical and horizontal impactors are extremely versatile crushers. The 428 Trakpactor is capable of high throuput and can be used as a primary crusher for well broken feed material or alternatively to give increased reduction by operating as a secondary crusher. The new 4242SR is based around the acclaimed 428 Trakpactor and comprises a complete crushing, screening and stockpiling unit built on one tracked chassis. In addition Pegson offer the 1412 Trakpactor which is fitted with a 1.4m wide x 1.2m diameter "state of the art" impact crusher. With unrivalled versatility of applications, the 1412 can achieve outputs of over 500tph.
